Heh, you thought it was gonna be another ’summer girl’ drawing, huh? Nah, this is a partial Doodle Challenge, with an upper torso added, IIRC.
She may look like a diplomat’s wife, but I imagine to see a little genuine, grandmotherly kindness in that smile!
