Heh, you thought it was gonna be another ’summer girl’ drawing, huh? Nah, this is a partial Doodle Challenge, with an upper torso added, IIRC.

I don’t even remember where this came from. The text-in-mouth (some awkward form of speech balloon?) reads “tupilak“, a Greenlandic monster of myth. The distorted limbs and grimacing face must have reminded me of the carved tupilak figurines I have seen in photos.
