So I went and set myself a deadline yesterday on the makeshift blog. The WordPressed haverholm.com goes live in two weeks (minus one and counting). Two challenges meet me in that coming time:
- Deciding which gallery to use (if not going entirely 2-point-oh with flickr sets) and implementing it on the site.
- Fixing the Internet Explorer CSS so that it will show more than just the header (ugh!)
Also, I seem to have gotten a bit too clever for my own good, allowing the site to be searchable by Google and their ilk, even before the site was ready :/
Anyhoo, the site is pretty much up and running - unless of course you’re using IE, in which case you won’t be reading this for some time yet - but I still need to straighten out a rough spots in the thirteen days to come.
Oh, and just in case somebody cached posts from the old blog, please get in touch via the About page. There’s a few postings off there that I’d like to preserve if at all possible.
